Teton Industries invests in middle-market manufacturing and business services companies in both mature and growing industries.
We operate on the belief that long-term value is created through operational effectiveness, customer focus, and successful execution.

We are patient investors who understand that it takes time to build companies of lasting value to customers, employees, stockholders, and communities. We focus on opportunities where existing management teams are retiring or where key executives are needed. Attractive opportunities will satisfy a majority of the following criteria:

Sales: $15 - 100 million
Purchase Price: $10 - 50 million
Industries: Medium to high margin manufactured products and business services. Industry size allows for growth
Transaction Type: Existing owner or growth capital with operational assistance
Profitability: Proven profitability with expectations of positive, stable cash flows.
